Step 2 of 3
Review your records with an AI
Add your records, choose which AI reads them, and get a short summary, a dated chronology and the points you may want to ask about. Then ask questions.
How this works, honestly
- This site has no server and no AI of its own. Your files are read on your device and never uploaded to us.
- On-device AI (where your browser has it) does everything in this page, and nothing leaves your device.
- Any other AI (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok): we copy a prompt and open their site. You paste it, then paste their answer back here to make your report. You confirm before anything is copied, because health information would leave this device.
- The AI can be wrong. This is not medical or legal advice, and it does not say whether anyone was at fault.
A. Add your records
PDFs and photos are read in your browser. Scans and photos are read with text recognition, which can make mistakes, so check the text below. First use of text recognition loads about 7 MB from this site.
0 characters.
B. Choose your AI

C. Hide personal details (recommended)
Done in your browser. It finds patterns it knows about and will miss anything else (addresses, unusual spellings, details in the middle of a sentence), so please read the preview yourself. The AI’s report may be less specific as a result.
Separate with commas or new lines. Each part of a name is hidden too. Kept in this browser tab only.
D. Review

Paste the AI’s answer here
When the AI has replied, copy its whole answer and paste it below. We split it into a summary, chronology and points to ask about, which you can edit.
Your report
Check and edit it. Each part is saved on this device as you type. Please check it against your original records.
One event per line: Date | what the records say
One point per line. These are points you may want to ask about, not conclusions. Phrase them as questions.

How the chat works here
What leaves my device, and the limits
| Choice | Where your text goes | What we do first |
|---|---|---|
| On-device AI | Stays in your browser on this computer. The review and the chat run in this page. | Nothing to confirm. The model may download the first time (stored by your browser, not by us). |
| Copy only | Nowhere. It goes to your clipboard. You choose where to paste it. | Nothing to confirm. |
| Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok | To that company, once you paste and send it in their site or app. | A warning naming the provider, and a tick box. Nothing is copied or opened until you press Continue. |
Honest limits
- No chat of our own, except on-device. A chat inside this page needs an AI service that someone runs, and this site has no server (that is how it keeps your records private). So the in-page chat only works with on-device AI. With any other AI, we build a prompt (your report plus your question), copy it, and open the provider so you can chat there. We cannot see the AI’s replies, and we do not pretend to.
- You paste the answer back. For online AIs the report is built from the answer you paste into this page. If you do not, there is no report to carry into step 3 (you can type one yourself).
- We cannot tell whether Copilot is built in to your browser or Windows. Websites cannot reliably detect that, and cannot open the Edge side panel or the Windows Copilot app. We pre-select Copilot as the default and you can change it any time.
- We do not put your text in a web address, because addresses are kept in browser history and server logs. None of the providers documents a way for a page to fill in their chat box, so you paste it yourself.
- On-device AI is not widely available. It needs a recent desktop Chrome, enough disk space and memory, and a model download. It is smaller than online AIs, so answers may be shorter or less reliable, and long records may not fit.
- Reading files: text and PDFs with a text layer are read accurately. Photos and scans use text recognition (OCR), which makes mistakes, especially with handwriting. Word documents are not supported: copy and paste the text. Scanned PDFs are read up to 25 pages.
- We have no way to see, edit or delete anything you give to a third party. Check their privacy settings, including whether chats are kept or used to improve their models.
